Join us for an open level class from the comfort of your home. We work on integrating the breath with movement, increasing self-awareness and building strength and balance. It’s a great way to reduce stress and create a feeling of steadiness in the body and the mind.
Some classes will also incorporate some restorative poses.
It’s always handy to have a couple of props for class- a foam block/cork brick or a sturdy book that can be used for balance and a cushion or blanket/towel that can be folded.
